Tuesdays - On Tuesday afternoons I work with the year 1 children. It's a busy time, and we pack lots in. In music we have learned new songs, worked hard at improving our singing, and found out about some famous composers. We are beginning to learn some musical terms, and even about pitch (this is tricky, but the Blob choir help us!).
In PSHE we work on lots of things, but two of our main things are being polite and showing good manners and respect at all times. We do lots of activities in pairs (random pairs each week) which help us to do this. We have recently started to think about "Going for Goals", and things we would like to achieve in the short term or later in life.
